Week of January 31st-February 4th
*The field trip was wonderful! Students had a BLAST and, icing on the cake, we were on the news and front page of the Birmingham News on Saturday! What a wonderful trip!! Thank you to all parents who attended and thank your for being patient when we were late getting back!
In Science this week…
Students should be finishing up their Science Fair Projects by Friday of this week! We will be working on our analysis and conclusions on Friday. Also, Science Fair boards are due Monday of next week along with any pictures taken of the experiment and any decorations, graphs, etc. Students should begin to type up their hypothesis, materials, procedures, variables, questions this week. This can be done at home as well as if they have any time at school. These will be pasted onto their boards. (All of this info should be on their Science Fair sheet we have completed in class.)
Chapter 6 test will be Wednesday of this week! I will be posting a study guide on my blog tomorrow. This test will include vocabulary from the chapter and questions about key concepts.
In Bible this week…
We will be starting a Bible study this week on the book of John. This Bible study focuses on the many names of God. Students will also be giving an explanation of 1 Timothy 4:12 on Thursday. (This is the same verse they memorized last week.)
