Students will be tracking the phases of the moon in their Science Notebook for the next 7 days. Starting today and ending on the night of the 14th. Every night they need to view the moon and write these 4 things in their Science Notebook:1. Draw a picture of the moon phase
2. Write the date (time is optional)
3. Write which phase the moon is in
4. Write how you got your information (Saw it outside OR it was too cloudy/rainy so looked it up on WeatherChannel.com or saw it on the Weather Channel)
The notebook entries will be due December 15th. This should not be hard, students just need to remember to do this every night and remember to take their Science Notebook and book home every night.
