Week of November 29th-December 3rd 2010
In Science this week…
We are starting a new unit this week. This unit is called “Observing the Sky”. This is one of my favorite topics in Science and I am looking forward to teaching it to your students! We will have many activities and before long, it will be time for our field trip to McWayne Center for the Shuttle Mission! (More details to come after Christmas)
In Bible this week…
We will be continuing Unit 5 this week. This unit follows the path of Moses’ life. The students seem to really enjoy this unit. Instead of a memory verse this week, the students will memorize the 10 Commandments for a test next Monday. These will be handed out in class. (They are also posted here in the post before this one.)
December Happenings
There are several exciting things happening the month of December. Please check your e-mail often for all the information of those events coming up. We will be sending the first e-mail Monday explaining “Cookies with Santa” which will be coming up on December 7th. Also, don't forget Christmas shopping for our families this Friday! We are looking forward to a fun-filled month!
